Our Farm Store Aged Parmesan-Style Cheese is grated for your convenience to sprinkle on top of hot pasta or your favorite salad!

This cheese is made from the milk of our own Saanen goats at 1876 Heritage Farms. Our goats are raised naturally and graze outside on the grass of our farm in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, Canada.

 The flavour is smooth & creamy with a bite to the back end! Smaller proteins in goat milk cheese often make it the go-to choice for those with lactose intolerance or other digestive discomforts.
