Slow cooking brings out the best in this lean but rich with flavour cut. Easy to cook and extra-lean, this roast is most tender when sliced thinly. 

All our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farmland and are Grass-finished which results in a more nutrient dense and superior flavour profile, a difference you can taste! We take pride in raising our animals the natural way, without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
