Our beef back ribs are meaty, marbled with the good fats and deliciously tender. These ribs will delight your tastebuds with either a flavourful dry rub or your favourite BBQ sauce.  

All of our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farmland and are Grass-finished which results in a more nutrient dense and superior flavour profile, a difference you can taste! We take pride in raising our animals the natural way, without the use of hormones or antibiotics. 

Our regenerative farming methods produce a consistent, highest quality product that we are proud to feed our family and yours…
