Lots of flavour in these guys and very tender and moist when braised in the oven or marinated and finished on the BBQ. 

All our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farmland and are Grass-finished which results in a more nutrient dense and superior flavour profile, a difference you can taste! We take pride in raising our animals the natural way, without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
