Beef – Grass-finished Sirloin Steak

Our sirloin steak has a tender but hearty texture. This cut is known for being leaner than some other steaks, like ribeye, while still retaining a rich beefy flavor. It has great marbling, making it versatile and ideal for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting. 

All our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farmland and are Grass-finished which results in a more nutrient dense and superior flavour profile, a difference you can taste! We take pride in raising our animals the natural way, without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
