Beef – Grass-finished Tenderloin Steak

Our All-Natural Tenderloin Steak (Filet Mignon) is buttery in texture, this cut features a mild flavour and very little marbling so best to cook/grill it medium to medium rare. 

All our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farm and are grain-finished which results in better marbling and better flavour, a difference you can taste! We take pride in raising our animals the natural way, without the use of hormones or antibiotics. 

Our regenerative farming methods produce a consistent, quality product that we are proud to feed our family and yours…
